Single Session Therapy
One conversation. Real clarity.
Sometimes you don't need a course of therapy. You need one focused, professional conversation with someone who can help you think clearly, move forward, or find a way through.
A single session is exactly that: 90 minutes with a clear intention, a structured approach, and no ongoing commitment.
Who is this for?
Single session therapy works best for people who are functioning well but facing something specific: a decision, a situation, a moment that needs a fresh and professional perspective. You might be a professional or business owner who values efficiency and wants results, not open-ended exploration. Perhaps you're at a crossroads: a career change, a relationship decision, a difficult conversation ahead. Or you've been carrying something quietly for a while and want one dedicated space to finally look at it clearly. You may also be someone who is curious about therapy but not yet ready to commit — a single session lets you experience the process without obligation.
What you can bring
There is no fixed list. But single session therapy tends to work well when you have something specific in mind: A decision you're struggling to make and want to think through properly. A situation at work, in a relationship, or in life that feels stuck. An upcoming event: a difficult conversation, a transition, a change — that is causing stress or anxiety. A pattern you keep repeating and want to understand. A moment when you simply need a steady, objective, professional perspective. If what you're carrying is more complex: long-standing trauma, deep relational patterns, or something that has been with you for years — I will tell you honestly if ongoing therapy would serve you better. A single session is not a shortcut for work that needs time and safety to unfold.
How it works
The session lasts 90 minutes and is held online via secured platformed. Before we meet, I'll ask you to share briefly what you'd like to focus on, so we can use the time well from the start. Within the session we'll clarify what you're working with, explore it from different angles, and identify what would help you move forward. You'll leave with clarity, a perspective shift, or a practical next step, sometimes all three.
Fee: £100
Duration: 90 minutes
Format: Online.
